I’m trusted to take on tasks independently early on and even handle my own projects. This not only gives me deeper insights into the working world but also helps me develop important skills like teamwork and self-reliance.

I completed my training at the company 20 years ago. Today, I lead my own team and train new apprentices myself. Here, people truly matter — you’re never just a number. There’s a real focus on creating a workplace where everyone feels comfortable and valued.

Here, you’re part of a unique family. Despite having different locations and companies, the motto ‘Better Together’ is lived out every single day. As a trainee at DS, I enjoy an open, friendly atmosphere and individual support. The introductory days, joint events, and projects create a great team spirit among us apprentices. What I appreciate most is the opportunity to continuously develop my skills and apply what I’ve learned directly in practice.

Our training programme is versatile and never gets boring thanks to a variety of projects and training courses. Close interaction with the trainees is particularly important to me, and it’s simply fun to accompany and support them on their journey.
